HOW DOES ONLINE COACHING WORK?
Well, I start with by having you fill out a “tell me about yourself” questionnaire, we have a chat to get to know each other. From there I review everything and put together a nice personalized package made just for you to met your personal goals!
Depending on which package you pick will determine if how often we meet and in which way we meet either communicate via email or zoom.
With workouts, if you choose zoom I am there to show you the exercise, explain the form and what the exercise is working and why we are doing it. I will see your form and be able to celebrate your awesomeness and tweak things where needed.
If you have chosen email, I will provide you with a description, explanation of how the workouts are to be performed and if needed a video link on the form.
CAN I WORKOUT WHILE PREGNANT?
Absolutely you can with the permission from your doctor.
what is a macro?
Macros or macronutrients are the nutrients we need in large quantities, proteins, carbohydrates, and fats. They make up the food we eat. Manipulating how many of our calories come from each macro can drastically change the results we get and how we fuel our bodies.
By eating your meals and snacks with all three macros on your plate, you will keep your blood sugars balanced avoiding dips in energy, weight gain and overeating.
Do i need gym equipment?
No. I can make a programs to suit you and your equipment we can use bodyweight, bands, or dumbbells.
can I WORKOUT WITH MY FRIENDS?
Absolutely! Please reach out for information on a "bring a friend" rate.
DO YOU WORK WITH CHILDREN?
I currently don't work with children.
DO YOU CREATE CUSTOM MEAL PLANS?
Yes!!! There is no” one size fits all” approach here. We are all different and I don’t do cookie cutter plans. Everything is tailored to your macro counts, and dietary restrictions.
